“Develop and engage in the collaborative and social aspects of writing processes” – This course learning outcome has some ties with course learning outcome #2. Majority of the assignments we had to do had some sort of social element to it. We would need to collaborate with my classmates and groupmates to work on assignments and present them. We would also have to comment on other peer’s drafts (see figure 1), and have in person discussions during class. A lot of this would take place in class and on BlackBoard so we would always be in contact with one another. This class also relied heavily on in class discussion and participation as well when discussing new assignments and writing techniques.
