The rhetorical situation contains the elements of writing known as the Rhetorical Elements. The Rhetorical Elements are as follows: audience, purpose, genre, exigence, stance, and media. We were introduced to these elements on day 1 of class and were told to incorporate them into each assignment we hand in. All these elements are different and come with different descriptions, all of which can be found in the dropdown menus under “Rhetorical Elements”.
